What is the Protection Plan?

It is a rent and legal costs protection plan to protect the landlord when a tenant fails to pay the rent due and/or the cost of legal action should an unforeseen problem arise.

Why should a landlord have it?

Tenants’ circumstances can change and even the best references in the world cannot predict what lies around the corner. Wouldn’t it be great to remove some of the worry of your tenant not paying the rent?  We can offer you our own guarantee (underwritten by specialist insurers), a product you can trust which offers the following unique and simple terms:

  • Rent due, but not paid by the tenant is paid by us, to you, within 15 days of the rent due date
  • There is no excess!
  • Up to 12 monthly payments or until vacant possession (whichever is soonest)
  • Up to £50,000 of legal expenses in order to obtain possession of your property for any material breaches of the tenancy agreement

This protection plan is available only to our Full Management and Rent Collection Landlords for 2.75% plus VAT of the monthly rent (the equivalent of less than £20 per month for tenancies with a £700 pcm rental!).
